John Winston Ono Lennon, ou simplesmente John Lennon nasceu em Liverpool, na Inglaterra em 9 de outubro de 1940 e foi assassinado em Nova Iorque, no dia 8 de dezembro de 1980.

Foi músico, compositor, escritor e ativista em favor da paz britânico.

Se estivesse vivo um dos fundadores do The Beatles completaria ontem 70 anos.
